The GMB dashboard doesn't allow you to schedule GMB posts but the Local Viking GMB Management platform allows for posts to be scheduled for any of your listings.
Posting on your GMB is one of a few things you can do to your GMB listing to increase it's rankings, although just posting alone usually won't be enough.
Google has a minimum resolution size of 400 pixels wide by 300 pixels tall for GMB posts in PNG or JPG format.
You have a maximum of 1500 characters allowed for your Google My Business post. Ideally your post will be somewhere between 300 and 900 characters.
There are 3 types of GMB posts available: standard, event and offer. Standard posts are used for communicating updates or generic information about your business while offers and events are specialized for commercial deals or business events.
The Google My Business dashboard has no way to automatically repost GMB posts but the Local Viking GMB posting scheduler can automatically recur any of your GMB posts for you.
